Thanksgiving Distribution – It’s that time of year again!
Neighborhood Services Inc (NSI) is gearing up for its annual Thanksgiving Food Basket distribution. In 2022, NSI was able to serve full Thanksgiving meal baskets including a turkey, to 650 families, and NCFM was proud to serve a role in making that happen.
This year, our NCFM community has been asked to collect 100 boxes of elbow macaroni and 100 cans of yams (15oz cans preferred). We have until Sunday, November 5th to reach this goal. We’ll keep a running tally so that folks will know how we are doing at reaching our goal. To participate:
- Please bring boxes of elbows & cans of yam to the Meetinghouse as you are able and place them in the NSI donation box in the foyer of the back entranceway.
- If you are not able to bring items to the meetinghouse and would still like to participate, please contact Barbara LeSage at barbaralesage@hotmail.com and she will coordinate other ways for contributions.
