Seeking Quakers: Relevance of George Fox: Wednesday April 3, 7:00 – 8:30?

About this month’s session

Query: What’s the relevance of George Fox’s life and writings today?

In the session we will learn and discuss:

  • What are some of the core aspects of his worldview and his spiritual teachings?
  • In what ways might Quakers as a group and individually, change and use those ideas to improve our lives today?

What is the “Seeking Quakers” series?

Interested in learning more about Quakers? Interested in deepening your sense of Truth and the Inner Light with Friends? Join us at 7:00pm on the 1st Wednesday of the month to explore a query (that’s Quakerspeak for an open-ended question) and related readings.

We meet in person and online at the same time, a hybrid event.

Participate at your comfort level. Companionable listeners are welcome. No Quaker experience is required. We also welcome Quakers from all branches of Quakerism.

Registration or RSVP are not required. Seeking Quakers may be on hiatus during some summer months, see the calendar for more information.
